Returns Policy 

Mission Statement:

We believe that every song is worth singing and we want to help you make your voice heard. Our programs are designed for people who have never sung in front of others before, to experienced musicians who are looking to diversify their skill set.  We do not offer refunds for any of our programs unless otherwise stated. We know that many of you don't have time to implement all these tools within the first 10 weeks which is why we offer a full year's access, but we also can’t take responsibility for your lack of results if you don’t do the work! If you do not plan on putting forth the effort, then we suggest you don’t join.

Please do not enroll in The Singer’s Piano courses if you just want to "see if you like it", or “expect results overnight”. Considering the incredible amount of time and commitment it takes to learn how to play an instrument like the piano & voice, we feel you should be committed before enrolling in our courses.  We have put an extraordinary amount of time, money and effort into our programs, community, and customer support, and we will hold you to the same standard. The Singer’s Piano is for students who are committed, focused and ready to get started!

1.1 (a) 

Piano.Vocal.Success Lite Refund policy:

We operate a 14-day conditional refund policy in accordance with the vision and commitment statement above. Conditions for refund are as follows, please bear in mind that each case will be individually assessed against the criteria:

• When the 14 day period is up, training and assignments must be completed with proof that you’ve kept up with the work (watching the videos alone is not sufficient), implemented the technique and still haven’t seen ‘realistic’ results. 
• Show genuine consistency and determination to achieve your learning.

To qualify for a refund it is also vital to understand that:

• Results take time and can sometimes take 12 months of consistency to see any improvement at all - everyone is completely unique with several variables in each case.
• Piano.Vocal.Success & P.V.S Lite is for musicians who are committed to self-study learning and implementing new strategies into their music skills, and NOT for people who just want to watch videos and expect to see results without physically implementing the exercises, regular practice and doing the homework provided. No work = no success.
• A change in mind does not constitute a valid reason for a refund request.
• In considering your refund we may also charge an admin fee at our discretion.

If you believe you have met the above criteria, still haven’t yielded reasonable results and are not completely happy, then I would be happy to consider the return of investment you have made on Piano.Vocal.Success or P.V.S Lite. 

I have worked incredibly hard to provide a course that will not only support you but will transform you. I believe in my courses and many of my students have experienced fantastic growth, development and results from investing in my programs. This type of progress requires that you follow the course and do the work.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing to [email protected] within the defined refund period as listed above in section 1.1 (a)

Express Your Truth - live 9-week coaching programme:

We operate a 14-day conditional refund policy in accordance with the vision and commitment statement above. Conditions for refund are as follows, please bear in mind that each case will be individually assessed against the criteria:

• 80% of the first 3 weeks of the pre-recorded course have been completed and implemented.
• 2 out of 3 of the live calls have been attended with at least 2 questions asked in the sessions. 
• Participation in the Facebook Community/ WhatsApp Group has been demonstrated (unless exceptional circumstances are explained). 

 To qualify for a refund it is also vital to understand that:

• Results take time and can sometimes take 12 months of consistency to see any improvement at all - everyone is completely unique with several variables in each case.
• Piano.Vocal.Success Lite is for musicians who are committed to self-study learning and implementing new strategies into their music skills, and NOT for people who just want to watch videos and expect to see results without physically implementing the exercises, regular practice and doing the homework provided. No work = no success.
• We may request the submission of completed worksheets, activities and exercises in order to consider your refund request. 
• A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for a refund request or a payment plan cancellation.
• In considering your refund we may also charge an admin fee at our discretion.

If you believe you have met the above criteria, still haven’t yielded reasonable results and are not completely happy, then I would be happy to consider the return on investment you have made on Express Your Truth - a live 9-week coaching programme.

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFO: Please read the following points regarding refund.

(b) If you receive your money back, you must delete every copy of the product and materials that you have downloaded as well as copies you have placed on other devices or media.

(c) Being removed or banned from the WhatsApp or Facebook group does not entitle you to a refund of your Piano.Vocal.Success or Express Your Truth enrolment fee.

1.2 You may be entitled to a refund as a result of your rights under the UK Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the UK Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

1.3 If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your money within two weeks of notice to us and the entitlement arising.

1.4 If you are required to return any goods, you are liable for the cost of returning those goods unless the cost is significant, including costs incurred by The Singer’s Piano for processing your fees.

1.5 If your course starts within the 14-day period of purchase

UK Law states that you will still have the right to cancel, but you must pay for the value of the service that was provided to you up to the point you cancel.

For example, if you buy an online course and then change your mind within the 14-day time period, you should be refunded a proportionate sum but could be charged for any admin or materials costs and the amount of teaching time you used.
